How long does it take to ship my order?
Items are usually processed and shipped within 7-10 days, although due to nationwide shipping carrier delays, we cannot guarantee delivery times. REST ASSURED: If you placed an order, you are entered into the giveaway regardless if your order has arrived yet or not!
I entered the wrong address on my order, how do I change it?
Please send an email to support@underpaidapparelco.com as quickly as possible and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue.
I chose the wrong size/ color/ item on my order I submitted, what do I do?
Please send an email to support@underpaidapparelco.com as quickly as possible with the order details. There is no guarantee that we can make a change, but we will do our best.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email along with each order after you have checked out. NOTE: If you have not received a confirmation email; check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still do not see an email after 48 hrs please contact us at support@underpaidapparelco.com immediately with your First and Last Name, Home Address, Correct Email Address, and Order Number (If Saved).
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds as each product is made to order. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically submitted to our sweepstakes company and cannot be withdrawn. We cannot tamper with the entries for the giveaway under any circumstances.

Is this a SCAM?
Every Underpaid Apparel Co Giveaway is federally registered in the Contiguous United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) with one of the nation's leading licensed agencies (National Sweepstakes Company) to administer each sweepstakes according to all laws and regulations. We are legally obligated to carry out the sweepstakes in full. Once a giveaway starts we cannot change dates and we must present the prize to the winner (whom is neither family, friend or affiliated with Underpaid Apparel Co in any way). How do I know if I'm entered?
Upon checkout completion, all entries are automatically submitted to the sweepstakes agency. Each order placed within the giveaway period is entered to win. No need to create an account or take any further action once checkout is complete. Place 1, 2, 3, or even 100 orders, all of your entries will be AUTOMATICALLY COMBINED!!
How will I know if I won?
The winner will contacted by our sweepstakes agency (National Sweepstakes Company) via the phone and email you provided at check-out. We will NEVER contact you through any social media account. Please be aware that if you are contacted on social media, THESE ARE FAKE ACCOUNTS pretending to be us and asking for your information so that they can SCAM you, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING!!! Our winners DO NOT have to pay ANYTHING to receive the prize, if you are asked to pay in advance for any prize then you are being contacted by a scammer!! Report them and delete them immediately.
